Square Pea Baby is Having a Sale!

Everything from Square Pea Baby is on sale during the month of November!!! I'm moving mid-December and need to use up as much of the yarn that I've stocked over the past year as possible.

Starting November 1st, you can take 10% off of any custom or in-stock item that features striping in its design. The striping MUST be from my selection of in-stock yarns. Take 20% off of any custom or in-stock item that uses ONLY in-stock yarns. In-stock items will already be marked down and custom orders will have the discount included in the final invoice. This sale is not applicable for any custom order placed prior to November 1st. Discounts cannot be combined.

I will be stocking 2 custom slots in both the Etsy store and in the Congo. Allow one custom slot per custom piece please.

Also, the custom sized slings in the congo will be on sale for only $15! I need to get rid of this fabric!

As if all this wasn't enough, I am also having a giveaway! I am offering a custom striped or scrappy soaker FFS. To enter, leave a comment here telling me why you love wool. Square Pea Baby is running an auction in the HC congo starting today, Friday October 23rd at 9:00 AM and ending on Monday October 26th at 9:00 PM. This is a one-of-a-kind pair of SM/NB longies for your baby and will fit most babies until at least 11 lbs/3 months. The bidding starts at $30. Happy Bidding!

Tutu Giveaway!

Allison's Wonderland is in need of some fabulous photos of cute kids in her tutus for use on her esty store site! If you have a professional photography session coming up (or you are a pro yourself) and would like a tutu, please comment below! Allison will choose two little ladies to receive a tutu. In exchange, you send us 2-3 digital images (or more!) from your photo shoot to use on www.myallisonswonderland.etsy.com. Please note that I will need permission from your photographer, and their information to give them credit. Photos that focus on the tutu in addition to the adorable child are preferred. Tutus will be custom made to your waist, length and color preference (from our in stock colors). In your comment, please let me know the age of your child, and when your photo session is. Greetings from mayoCREATIVE!

First of all, while I have been a member of EcoNest for a few months now, I have never introduced myself here!

My name is Hannah, though most of you probably know me as Jerimbato. I have been married for a little over two years, to my wonderful husband who is a dispatcher for our county fire rescue. Our son, Seth, was born at home on February 10th of this year. I stay at home with him now-- before he was born I was a children's library assistant. I loved it, but I am so thankful to be able to be with Seth all the time. I really love being a mom.

So let's see... while I have lived here in South Florida since I was a kid, I was born in Maine, which I still love to visit. I love yoga, books, health foods and anything creative. I have always loved art and crafts. My mom was a textile design major in college and is now a graphic designer, and my dad does fine art, photography and video production, so I grew up surrounded by creativity and it has always been part of my life. I have a local portrait photography business, and I also enjoy anything that involves paper, paint, yarn, beads, wire, whatever :)

My Etsy shop is still new, and I am currently in the process of completely revamping and re-stocking it. I started by offering just handmade jewelry, but starting in November I will be posting all kinds of new stuff. I have been working on lots of new items and am pretty excited about it! I will post here when I reopen my shop.
